Hello everybody. So I am trying to run the game "ARK: Survival Evolved" on my computer. It says these are the minimum requirements to run the game:

System Requirements
MINIMUM:
OS: 64-Bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, or Windows 8
Processor: 2 GHz Dual-Core 64-bit CPU
Memory: 4000 MB RAM
Graphics: DirectX10 Compatible GPU with 1 GB Video RAM
DirectX: Version 10
Hard Drive: 20000 MB available space

The problem is, I think i meet those requirements, but i can barely keep a steady 30fps on the lowest graphic settings. I don't know why the game runs so slow! (I don't know much about computer specs so if I don't meet the requirements, please tell me nicely)

Yes he can run it fine at what appears to be about medium/high settings at ~30-40fps, but keep in mind, being a youtuber, he is likely running at least a GTX 980 in his system which allows him to push more out of the game. The GTX 745 is a fairly weak card and especially in not yet optimized games your performance will suffer.
Ark is a pre-alpha game and is badly optimized at this point in time. I am running a gtx 970 and only get around 20-30 fps on high settings and only about 40-50 on lowest. If you are getting around 20-30fps on low/medium settings that is normal for Ark as of now in its release.

Are you sure? Your answer sounds correct but I see youtube videos of other people playing the game like VanossGaming and they get seem to get a high fps with good graphic settings.

I would keep your current Rig, Just check out your Power supply and see if you have an extra PCI Express power adapter and replace your current graphics card

and the available wattage for a 970 - 980 for a couple hundred dollars you should be good to go for a while longer
