I would like some help to see if I can solve my problem playing PUBG. I'm getting around 35 FPS, and sometimes lower towards the end of a game. I do get 90FPS when flying over the map in the plane. And I have around 34% GPU usage and 40-50% CPU usage.

Specs:
RTX 3090
Ryzen 5 5600x
64GB RAM (I don't think it's too slow)
NVMe SSD
5120x1440 monitor

I've tested with both 1440p resolution and 720p resolution and it does not make a difference, it looks like it's the exact same FPS.

Has anyone seen a problem like this? use lagging behind which I fixed by lowering the polling rate of the mouse. Maybe it's relevant.

Has anyone seen a problem like this? And does anyone have an idea of what I can try to fix it?

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age, the make and model of your motherboard and it's BIOS version. Please include them.

As for your predicament, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) and then manually reinstall with the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

sorry
ASRock B450 steel legend BIOS: 4.20
Corsair RM 1000 with the age of 1 year

I already used DDU and reinstalled nvidia drivers but not run with administrator. I can try to do that. Thanks for the response
