Hello, sorry for the bad title, but I dont really know how to describe the problem in a short sentence...
And also sorry about the repost, since Ive mistakenly picked the solution, Im drunk so to speak...
Anyway, the GPU idle temp is 38-42C, but when I load a game that is taxing on the GPU, the temp jumps to 63C tops, the fps is low in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, like 30-35, yeah I know, its playable, but I its stuttering sometimes every 4-5 seconds, then its normal. A few times a FPS drop occurs that drops it to 0FPS (yes, ZERO) for 1-2 seconds then its normal again. Basically these two types of drops appear. The GPU load is low, but so is the temp. I know that when I bought the laptop (2years ago) the temp of the GPU was around 85C at maximum load, there was no stuttering or drops while playing a heavily modded Skyrim, or Crysis 3 at MAX settings.
I dont know if I explained it good (english not my first language).
I know, I know, the laptop is supposed to degrade after some time, but all games are laggy like explained above, even though I put the games in the lowest settings, it still lags.
I've cleaned the laptop from dust, put new thermal paste, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows 8, heck I even installed a antivirus (Im that kind of person), but still, nothing solved it. I would love to send it into repair, but the place where I bought it from, well, its IT support guys are #!@#$%, so yep, that one is out of the question.
So I'm turning to you good people for help
