Low fps CS:GO GTX 960 + i7 5820k

I'm getting absurdly low frames on CS:GO with my GTX 960, whenever I join a casual game, my FPS stays about 60FPS - 150 on the lowest settings possible. My question, is there a fix to this? Is this normal? I am getting worse frames than my old Radeon HD 5870.

Does it do this playing offline? I assume you are playing at the same resolution you were when you had an HD 5870?

No, it's fine in offline and in community servers.

maybe reinstall drivers from nvidia? http://www.geforce.com/drivers

if that doesnt work maybe try changing multicore rendering on and off and see what happens. turn off aa and fxaa in case its on
