Low fps CS GO

I have an old system,this:
Cpu: athlon 64 x2 5000+
Gpu: radeon hd 4670
Ram: 2gb
The problem is, i have around 15-20fps in cs go on low settings... I saw on youtube this gpu will have around 40-50fps but i have 15-20...
On traing/tutorial i have around 40-50fps avg but when i play on maps like dust2 i have 15-20fps...why?

you really need to upgrade your RAM to a 2x4 at least so your CPU can perform better. the RAM may improve your FPS but your CPU power is kinda weak. even with the lowest graphics settings to increase performance wont help much.
