Low fps drop suddenly

Within the past few days my computer went from running games at 80+ fps (League)( Smite). Then down to 40 and lower, Went to smite and ran at 10 fps not sure whats happening. The graphics card is Nvidia geforce 610m 2GB, CPU- Intel i7 2.4 GHz. it is a laptop 🙁 but still want to fix this issue.

The temp when i play a game is going up to 90 i have the battery out and the computer elevated.

Check the GPU temp.If it's above 80,it's starts to throttle and that might be your problem.

I gather its a laptop. Clean it out and get a cooler. A GT610 won't be astounding anyway.
