Low FPS during CS:GO

Hello. I have read these forums , but i could not find an answer. Also tried everything.

My CS:GO is only running at 111 FPS. I have tried: Unparking cores, updating BIOS, editing launch options, disabled programs like Teamviewer, Teamspeak. i have reinstalled the game, editing mat_queue or whatever the name was, tried other ppls video files, changed resolutions/windowed and fullscreen, reinstalled GPU driver, reinstalled GFE, reinstalled OS (last resort!!!)

EDIT: Just OC'd my CPU too 4.6 GHz from 4GHz, only about 10 FPS difference, something MUST be limiting it.

My system is;

AMD FX 8350 CPU
Nvidia 770 4GB GPU
Kingston HyperX 16GB ram
Kingston HyperX 240GB SSD

My launch options is as follows; -novid -high -threads 8 -processheap

I don't know what to do anymore. i run BF on ultra at like 200 fps, i feel this game should go for atleast 300 fps. It's bothering me as it stutters sometimes when alot is happening.

Anyone have an answer?

111 FPS is pretty good considering you have a 60 Hz monitor.
You'll only see 60 FPS anyway.

Theres nothing in your system that I could see what you put that is limiting it, I mean have you tried reinstalling the game?
