[SOLVED] Low FPS for 2070 Super/Ryzen 3700x Build

Hi all, this is my first build and i finally got it to boot, run windows 10 and internet no problem. However, I am getting terrible FPS results with low settings in Valley Benchmark & games. The highest frame rate that I have gotten is 45 FPS.

MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus x570 Ultra
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX 2070 Super
PSU: G.Skill Ripjaws PS750G
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x16gb 3200MHz
SSD: Inland Professional 1TB

Silly question: have you installed the graphics card drivers?

Yes I installed the newest NVIDIA drivers last night

Updated all chipset drivers, Windows updates?

After that, going back to the benchmarking, what were the frequencies being seen by the software? (Basically, are the clockspeeds demonstrated up to spec?)

I fixed it. What I ended up doing was clearing the CMOS. Something in my motherboard must’ve been preventing me. But now everything works perfectly.
