Question Low FPS from last few days on laptop

So I have been playing Apex Legends on my Acer Nitro 5 since last year and got constant 50-60 FPS on low settings which was good enough for me. Few months backwhen new map was introduced, I started getting fps issues and was getting 40 FPS so I had no choice but to switch to 720p from 1080p and game was running well the last couple of months, but suddenly from last few days the fps started dropping, but I didn't notice much problem. But today suddenly I started getting 25-30 fps on both maps and the game has become unplayable. IDK what to do. Please help.

My Laptop specs:
AMD RX 560X
AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 2.0 GHz
8GB Ram
All drivers are updated, have tried all optimisation tools
