I've recently purchased the Zotac GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5X and reinstalled windows & all drivers.
My cinebench scores are https://imgur.com/a/JpkIypE not OC.
I was wondering why my scores where so low compared to other peoples scores.

PC SPECS:
Ryzen 5 1400
B350 Tomahawk
GTX 1060 6GB with latest driver.

Solution

That memory kit isn't necessary the greatest kit. Ryzen takes advantage of the 3200MHZ clocked memory. I would go into your Bios and make sure the kit is running at 2400MHZ and not 2133! That being said you could overclock the memory to 2933 most likely.

The cpu usages in games aren't 100% like ever and neither is the gpu usage.
Atleast for the games I play the cpu is not a bottleneck.
The gpu usage only maxes out when I have the games on max settings, which is not ideal for high fps.

CPU usage in games is going to be a lot less than when running cinebench. cinebench puts your hardware to the limit to see how it can perform.

You can manually enter the timings that are located on the Box or you can use XMP that automatically has profiles for you.

You can slowly raise the clock rate (MHz) usually +.1 will work and boot up each time into windows until you boot to a bluescreen. when you hit the bsod you need to raise the cpu voltage. you can keep doing this as long as you want as long as your cooler can handle it. Test with a stress test like Prime95 and monitor your cpu temps during the test.
