Hello there, Getting low fps below 60fps alot of the times in battlefield 1 and 5, not sure if this is anything to do with origin but it's mainly these 2 games I have the issue with other games like titanfall 2, apex legends, battlefront 2 all run alot smoother, also have same problem with far cry 5 and assassins creed odyssey.

My specs:

AMD Ryzen @3.5Ghz
16GB DDR4 2400Mhz
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1080
120GB Samsung Evo SSD
500GB WD SSD
1TB WD
Windows 10 64bit
PSU: EVGA 750w

Over clocking my 1080 with msi afterburner, core 104+ and memory clock 500+ power limit 95

I'm also having this problem. I have a similar system, AMD Ryzen 5 - 1600x with a 1080. Dual channel 16 GB RAM at 3000 MHZ on an ASRock Fatal1ty AB350 K4 Gaming Motherboard.

I had a GTX 1070 in there beforehand and it worked fantastic. I thought upgrading to a 1080 would be a simple plug-in and go type of upgrade, but I get less performance out of it than I got from my 1080.

All drivers are up to date, BIOS is up to date, even did a fresh install of Windows 10 just to be safe and nothing works. Fallout 4 takes forever to load and doesn't stay above 60 FPS, World of Warcraft requires me to turn my settings lower than my 1070 to stay at 60 FPS.

I've been trying like hell to find answers but so far nothing.

Have you done the following:
1-did you update video card drivers?
2-did you update Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 BOTH 32 and 64bit?
3-Is Microsoft NetFrameWork v4.5 installed?
4-did you update DirectX?
5-install the latest game patch?

I have also done the same, oddly enough I went into my bios to check everything and reset everything to default then let my computer restart and it improved the performance straight away and less stuttering lol confused.

I only had a mild overclock on the CPU strange I thought overclocking was suppose to improve performance.
