low fps in AC unity

Hi,is it normal to get barely 30 fps at medium setting with 1280*1024 resolution in AC unity if i have an i5 3330,gtx 750 ti,4gb.and also in BF4 at highest setting i get 30-35 fps!!!

Your graphic card doesn't meet minimum requirements of a gtx 680.

False -- I have a single Titan X Overclocked and my avg fps is over 60 fps with 1440 p resolution on ultra with fxaa...
