I have the game at max settings and v-sync on, but only playing at 1680x1050. My frame rates barely stay at 60fps and always tend to dip below to 40fps when I'm running around in the city and 30fps if I'm hopping rooftops or syncing a viewpoint.
I don't get it, I can run Batman: Arkham City with maxed settings + medium physx and still maintain a higher fps (50-60). This game half as demanding according to the system requirements. I already have my Nvidia drivers updated to the latest one (306.97) and have the latest patch installed for the game too.

MSI GA-55 P55 MOBO
i5 760 @ 2.81ghz
8GB g.Skill Ripjaws ram 9-9-9-24
Gigabyte Windforce 560GTX GPU
WD 640GB Caviar Black
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
