Low fps in battlefield 3 for radeon 7790

I am getting very low fps in battlefield 3 with 1080p resolution.....My Config is:
i7 4770k
msi h87 Mbo
8Gb Ram
Radeon 7790 1gb oc edition
22inchs samsung monitor
Plzzzzz Helpppp

1gb is low for 1080, especially if you have ANY eye candy enabled. BF3 requires decent hardware.

Ultra ?? On a 7790 ?? I don't care if you are playing at 1024, ultra on BF3 is demanding and way outside of the realm of a 7790. I am not saying you have a bad card, just not great. Also you have chosen to play one of the most graphically demanding games on the market. Try dropping it down to medium and see if your FPS don't improve, I bet they do.
