Low Fps in battlefield 4

I have a gtx 580 and phenom II x6 1055t 8g ram 1333. it doesnt look smooth or move smooth in multiplayer even in low settings .probably has nothing to do with the internet cause im the only one using it with no router.

by setting low on everything , the game doesnt seem to look 60fps like other games . and on medium it feels around 30 fps .

i know that the graphic card is getting out dated.should i just save up and get a newer graphic card ?

A 580 is still a pretty powerful card. Should be able to play with low settings for sure, even medium or high maybe.

mi fx 8350 + gtx 580 + 8gb ram 1333mhz 1920x1080 ultra all settings 100% resolution ( no 200%) = 30-45fps
