Hello,
I recently just upgraded my rig with an AMD FX 8350, adding it to my GTX 770. I was told it would do well in games like Battlefield 4 on maximum performance, however I rarely get to 60 FPS. My FPS average in most games is 25-30. 30 is preety much the maximum I can get. I don't know what else to tell you, I even saw some videos on youtube with the exact same specifications getting 60-90 FPS in Battlefield 4 and other games. Please halp!

There's no need to be rude...
GPU: Geforce GTX 770
CPU: AMD FX 8350
PSU: Corsair TX750
Motherboard: MSI MS-7693
Heatsink: Scythe Big Shuriken
RAM: 8 GB Dual Channel Memory

The CPU is clocked at stock 4.0 GHz.

The scythe big shuriken is a totally inadequate cooler for an FX 8350 . Excellent in low profile cases with low wattage processors, but not able to handle the heat of the FX 8350 .
I believe its rated for a maximum of 65 watts

Most likely your poor performance is due to the cpu never hitting its maximum speeds as it throttles back to try and stay cool .
Fit the stock cooler , or buy a larger aftermarket tower cooler for the system
