I have an i7 4790k, GTX 980, MSI PC Mate Motherboard(not the best, I know), and a 750w power supply.
I used to have a gtx 760. I play on 1280 4:3 resolution.
1280 4:3 RESOLUTION
- Before upgrade (with GTX 760): 299 fps.
- After upgrade (with GTX 980): 80-150 fps.
I have windows 10 but also had it before the upgrade.
Why god why. Please if anyone could help me or just give me some advice on whats going on. Anything at this point is appreciated!
Posted this in /r/techsupport and /r/globaloffensive and didnt get a solid fix.
I used a program to uninstall every graphic driver I had then reinstall the geforce experience drivers only to be shown the same fps. This is getting slightly annoying.
