Question Low fps in CS GO on the map Ancient after GPU upgrade ?

Before I upgraded my GPU, I had acceptable fps on ancient with an RX 570 (never dipped under 240) but when I upgraded to an RX 6600, ancient became unplayable since my frames barely passed 150. Every other map runs fine. What's the problem?

RX 6600
16 GB 3200Mhz RAM

Try running your windows power plan on High Performance

Also did you reinstall your drivers after swapping out the GPU?

Probably related to cached assets and textures. Change your game settings and load that map. Then change them back, should clear up any old things from the previous configuration.
