Low FPS in CS:GO with AMD FX8350

So, i have an AMD FX8350 and unfortunetly i have around 50 FPS in good times. Bad times its always dropped down to 20-30. So i want to ask you for help. This happens in League of legends too, but works well in GTA. So, what can I do?
AMD FX8350 4Ghz
12gb RAM
MSI 970 Gaming motherboard
GTX 950
and Win10

No, i play with the lowest settings i can set. Everything in low and 4:3 blackbars 1024x768. Vsync is off ingame and in nvidia controll to.

 


i know, and thats the reason why im angry 😡 The windows is new, i installed it a week ago, so i dont think its a virus.

 


So graphics driver is updated you got the correct one?
 


Yeah, i think its the correct. I download them from the nvidia page. I dont have Geforce Experience because i heard its eat FPS, and in this case I need it 😀

HDD usage is ~50% and I can't image what do you think about monitor show, please explain me a bit.

 


It's turned off inside of the xbox app and with regedit too.

 

I mean a monitoring using the programs such as: Aida or HWinfo.

Haven't you got any throttling?
 


As my knowledge i dont have, but where can I check it?

 


Before playing launch HWinfo and there is written the needed information.

Have you got dual channel RAM or not?
