low fps in csgo gt 1030

i have i5-650 and gt 1030 evga silent cooled 6gb ram I was expecting 125+ fps but i am currently having average of 70-80 fps please help me.... even after overclocking i still have the same fps what seems to be the problem (??!!

btw i used 1024x768 lowest settings
and alot of autoexec to boost my fps nothing seems to work

also my friend has duo core intel and gt 730 and we have same fps what madness is this??

yes multicore rendering is on but Vsync is off

Where did you pull the "estimated" 125FPS from?
With an i5 650 I would be happy with what you got.

oh I guess I'm "sorry" for expecting too much, I guess I'll be happy with this. I was getting too tired from playing low fps then I bought this excited hoping to get atleast 100 average or more.

No, they're wrong. there is defo something wrong as someone with an i3-2120 can get higher fps.

The i3 2120 is a more powerful processor, theres nothing wrong.
