[SOLVED] low fps in csgo i7 870 rx 580

I have AMD rx580 8gb 256
i7 870
i am getting 100 fps in rx580
and getting 150 fps in gtx 570
lol whats going on RX 580 is far way better than gtx 570

please tell me

What is the utilization on the cpu and gpu. Also set the fps limiter to 999 so see full fps. Update any drivers.

how can i check utilization of cpu and gpu ?
plus the card is modded to mining bios
i also set fps_max 999
drivers are updated still 150 or less fps

Download hwinfo and run the game. This will show you what percentage the parts are running at. Also check the temps. Make sure max performance is on in Nvidia control panel and power plan is on max performance
