Low fps in every game with GTX 1070

I built a new PC and i'm getting an average of 62fps in GTA V(at everything very high and some settings like the advanced settings and grass quality turned down). This happens in every game, i.e., i get an average of 60fps in every game at 1360x768(my monitor's max. res.). And, the unigine heaven benchmark gave me a score of 3343

My PC-

CPU- i5 7400 (stock)
GPU-MSI Gaming X GTX 1070
PSU- Corsair VS 650
RAM-HYPERX ddr3 8gb
MOTHERBOARD- ASUS H170 plus D3

driver for gpu- 381.89

Uninstall your drives and use DDU to remove all configs. Some of the newer drivers stick the video RAM to low so try version 373.06.

Its was a driver issue that started with version 375.57 and a few are see the issue still. When it first started it was causing system crashes and all kind of weird issues. As you can see a bunch of versions later still causing problems.

That sounds odd to me. Thats almost more than my card can do. Next optimize using ccleaner and advanced systemcare. These programs will line out your registry and shutdown unneeded services to free up RAM. Due to you only have 8GB's that should do a good deal for your gaming. Download them from the popular download list on the right side in the link.

aw man,
I can't afford a new motherboard now and my current mobo will fry DDR3L. Is this a very serious problem?
