Low fps in fortnite

I have an fx 6300 @4ghz and rx 460 4gb. Accor to fortnites recommended requirements, my pc is good enough to run it smoothly. But at all setting-high, low, medium, epic, etc with vsync off,My game remains between 0-60.it rises to 190 when I just look at the sky but with everyone infront of me it goes to 40.i have seen that people having bad pc than me can run it better than me. I don't get how ryzen apus are able to run it smoothly without a proper graphics card. I have seen on YouTube that others with same cpu and worse gpu can run it way better. Please help.
P. S-all gpu drivers are up to date..Lag is only is fortnite. Other games like csgo and far cry 5 dont lag a bit. ¦(

How much ram do you have and what’s the rpm of your HDD (or do you use a SSD)
