Hi guys,

So I recently reinstalled my Windows as I think it was time (2-3 years). Unfortunately, after the installation I noticed that the PC was performing much worse than before. I've updated the GPU drivers using Geforce NOW as well as the chipset drivers, turned off the battery settings in Windows, set up the Nvidia Control Panel for maximum performance but I am still getting low fps. I've ran a benchmark : https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/67967396

Would appreciate any ideas on why this might be happening.

Run ubm like this.
Reboot.
Wait a few mins for things to settle down.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
Post a link to the results page.

there's really not any reason to perform a reinstall unless you are having issues with the OS
or you have installed a new motherboard

now though that you have gone through the Reset option and are having problems,
i would recommend a fresh install following the guide provided by Tom's.
make sure to follow details about installed drives and other instructions.
