Question Low FPS in games, and FPS drops with a 3070 Ti ?

Hello i Need help i have Huge fps Drops in Games like Fortnite in Highest Setting i get 60 fps and its Drops to 20fps then goes back to 60. ive Tried bios update graphiccards driver Update and Temperatures are Looking Good.
System:
AMD Rzyen 5 5600x
ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
RTX 3070ti
32gb ram
500gb Ssd

How full is your drive? You should keep about 50GB free for best results.

Other than that, what resolution? Highest settings is not usually what people do in Fortnite, rather they go for maximum FPS by reducing settings until their CPU reaches 100%.

My ssd is enough Space i reinstalled Windows.
Even on lowest Settings i get 230 fps and it Drops to 40 50 fps

Try removing RAM and play with 16gb RAM
