So i recently bought a new rig.
Spec: Intel core i5 6500 3.2GHz
Gigabyte H110M-S2H
Zotac 750 Ti 2gb ddr5
Crucial 4gb 2133 ddr4
Rm650x + 80 gold

So my problem is when i play games i get weird fps drops/stuttering
I mainly bought it to play Rust, but i get 40 fps on low settings, is the ram the problem?
(planning on buying gigabyte 1050Ti 4gb)

Solution
Rust is very badly optimized game and you are being bottlenecked by only having 4 GB of ram. Rust is a game that made me upgrade from 8 GB ram to 16 GB since it has very high memory usage, we're talking 12 GB usage with Rust on. Get another stick of 4 GB ram at least, it will help in most games today.
