Low FPS in games

Hello!

I just built a new rig and i get low FPS in games. Like when playing Arma 3 on Very High i get around 25-35 frames per second. Other people with exactly same build get 40-60 FPS when playing on ULTRA and with 1920x1080 resolution. What is the problem?

MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8320 @ 3,5GHz
GPU: MSI R9 280x
4GB DDR3
Display: 1280x1024

Upgrade to 8GB of RAM. That should help a lot.

And i forgot one thing. Games use only 30-50% of GPU and CPU.

Update your drivers.

Hey, are you sure the problem is my RAM? Becouse when playing Battlefield 4 MP, i get like 50-70 FPS on ULTRA, but there are like little lag spikes and FPS drops.

Arma 3 is such a badly optimized game! more than likely you have no issue at all and the game is the problem

Alright, all drivers are up to date and problem is still here. Why games use only 30-50% of GPU?
