Moved thread from Components to Systems.

Define everyone...? Got a link to the people who get those perceived FPS's? Please don't link YouTube videos. Are you on the latest GPU drivers for your GPU sourced from Nvidia's support site? Also, what is the make and model of your PSU?

i have seen a lot of benchmarks on youtube where they get these results but you didnt want me to link youtube videos but i have also seen the average fps in gta with max settings is 92 fps with the same specs as me and i am not even close to that. and what is psu? And yes i have the lastest drivers

PSU = Power Supply.

Can you find out what power it is?

You can open up the PC and have a look at the side of the PSU

there will be a sticker like this -

If your system need 600w to run at full capacity and you have a 450w power supply "Ultimate Performance Mode" is not going to solve that.

NO, not really.

At MAX settings, that's at real MAX settings they aren't ave anything near 92 FPS.

More like 70ish or so in reality.

Here is a video I made with my older machine running GTA 5 maxxed out on a GTX 1080 FTW2 and i7 7700K at 4.8 GHz

This is at Optimized settings in GFORCE EXPERIENCE.. What you need to be running.

i went into geforce experience and optimized the settings but when i did i got about the same fps you got when you had max settings. But the only thing it changed for me is MSAA to 4x instead of 8x but the rest is at max settings
