Low fps in many games with a r9 270 xfx. 40-50 fps on league ,but when theres action it gets 20. lowest settings on minecraft. I used to have a nvidia 8600 and both of these gpus are getting similar performance. i have my drivers updated. the processor is intel e2200 and i have 4 gb of ram. thank you

Just to add its almost all games I attempt to play marvel heroes ,Garry's mod 1080p youtube videos are lagging ... aswell sounds like driver but i have installed and re installed them multiple times catalyst 14.3 driver and multiple others that i have tried.

I believe you are seeing CPU bottleneck, not related to your GPU, it may be time for a CPU upgrade.

i thought this 2 ,but when i checked. my cpu was running at as low as 75% when gaming. I used to have a gtx 8800 and it would run all these games great especially minecraft. plus not being able to play a youtube vid is ridiculous
