Question Low FPS in minecraft on a high end pc

Minecraft only reaches 120 fps, and dips below 60 at some points this results to unpleasant lag spikes and performance drop. The specifications of my of are

Gtx 1080 ti
intel core i7 8700
32 gg G skill ram 3200 Mhz

I have exactly the same problem, except I have fairly less power with an i5-7600k and a GTX 1070, I was always able to run Minecraft at 300-400 FPS easily, around about 1.14.2. Now when I open up the game, my pc lags for 10 secs try to boot up and my cpu shoots to 90-100%. Anytime I fullscreen the game dies, it stays at 11fps constantly. Nothing helps. So wierd since we both have PC that CAN run Minecraft, but won’t

Found the solution, open up Nvidia and turn the Nvidia Sharing off in settings, completely fixed my game.
