Question Low FPS in mount and blade warband and I have and GTX 1080ti and i7 6700k

I just switched all of my components over to a new case and now mount and blade runs significantly slower where as before it could easily do 60 FPS. What is going on? I also noticed that I am using 99% GPU during game. Its a pretty old game so it should run fine.

GPU temp is around 60 C. PSU is a EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2, 850W
