[SOLVED] Low FPS In Openworld Games

My system specs are Asus 1660Ti Ryzen 5 2600 GsKill 16GB 3000MHZ RAM 240GB SS 1 TB HDD and Msi B450-M2 V2 Motherboard.I can play Battlefield 5,Battlefront 2,Outlast 2,Shadow Of The Tomb Raider,COD MW,Rocket League smoothly on high-ultra settings but when it comes to open world games like GTA V,Batman Arkham Knight,Anthem Fps value alway between 30-40.I downloaded Ghost Recon Breakpoint Beta todayand even in low graphic settings fps stuck between 30-40.What might causing this problem?Thx in advance.

1)Your main system drive is almost full. Either make some space, or get a bigger SSD for it. Storage drives slow down when they get over ~75% full. And being that it's the main system drive, that affects everything.

2)A single stick of memory config... probably the core of your issue. Not ideal for gaming oriented setups at all. This also affects your cpus performance, because the 2 work as a pair.
Now, you can either get a brand new 2x 8GB kit(sell the single stick), or choose to add another stick of the same brand and specs:
-Memory is guaranteed to work as sold.
-2 different kits of the same brand and specs can still fail - it's simply the combination with the highest...

-The symptoms of incompatible memory don't always show up right away: freezing/crashing, stuttering, and BSODs.

3)Memory doesn't run at the rated speed out of the box. You have to go into bios and enable DOCP/XMP for the ram to run at 3000mhz. As of the time of the test, it's running at 2133mhz.
