Which Rainbow Six/R6 game ? 'Siege' or the older titles like Raven Shield, Athena Sword etc. ? On what screen resolution are you playing the game, 1080p ? What about all other PC games ?

Do they run fine on your system, or they also exhibit the same behavior as R6, like low or unstable FPS ? Always monitor the GPU/CPU temp value and usage during gaming. Doing a fresh and a clean reinstall of the game as well as the GPU drivers also wouldn't hurt.

yes its Siege, on 1080p 24 inch 4.3 stretched no black bars , and no matter resolution it has the same issues, i have everything on lowest i mostly play fps games so valorant runs smooth on 170 fps doesn't even drop same on cs, other games i play mostly fornite/apex also smooth but on 160 fps, my temps are kinda hot but never over 72 usually around 65 but with 70+ usage on both its kind normal i guess with stuff open can even be 90 usage on cpu but even with everything off expect game and steam/Ubisoft same issues, I'm wondering if this fps issues are normal not to be able to stuck fps on above 144 ect for my system or is just something with drivers/windows before go and do reset and all stuff
