Question Low fps in Skyrim/Mount and Blade Warband

Hello everyone!

I have an issue with Skyrim (legendary edition, no mods) and Mount and Blade Warband/Napoleonic Wars for a while now and I have no idea why. Before this, Skyrim would run at 60 fps at high/ultra settings, 1080p,but now it stays at 30-40 fps no matter what video settings I use.Same thing with Mount and Blade, but the fps doesn't get past 20.

I had this issue with other games that my laptop was more than capable to run, but the problem fixed by itself. Temps are fine(I also recently cleaned the fans ), GPU stays at 40-60 usage, drivers are updated, reinstalled the games.

Specs: i5 7300HQ
nVidia GTX 1050 4GB
12 GB RAM
Win 10 64bit.

Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this and what's causing this issue?

I had the issue before I downloaded this software, but as I mentioned above it fixed by itself. Also, I've uninstalled Photoshop and this new issue started only a few days ago.
