I average around 80-100FPS I have lowest settings and no stuttering issues any possible fixes?

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB (2016) - 62.9%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C16 2x8GB - 74.6%
MBD: Asrock B450 Pro4

Temps are fine 50 55 on CPU and around 60-70 on GPU. And yes Slots 2 and 4 XMP Enabled at 3000Mhz since mobo can only support 3000mhz ram
