So, I do not know much about PCs, might request some patience here. But I'm getting around 80-100 MAX FPS with my PC and I've seen people with worst PC and more FPS. Also, if I try to use the NVIDIA highlights to record, or the Twitch Stream to record videos, I get random freezes for around 2-3 seconds in game which sucks. Tried a lot of youtube videos and tips and cant manage to get my FPS higher. I heard that maybe my mother board is not very good. Any other solution that I can try?

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Nvidia RTX 2070S (Super)
Team T253X1960G 960GB
Unknown 2x8GB RAM (16GB DIMM DDR4 clocked @ 2667 MHz )
Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0

Tried playing everything on low, disabled most stuff and still barely 100 FPS max. Help is appreciated!

The UBM results give me the impression that the problem is this:

It doesn't look to be that good and it's both the C drive and the container for the game library? It's likely hitting 100% disk usage - please check to be sure - in game causing multiple process stalls because of it.

The current ram config also isn't helping things. 3200mhz CL14-16 would be ideal.
Very high background CPU (39%).

That test needs to be done at idle with nothing running. If it was the case your CPU at 39% while doing the test is not normal. Close everything down and re run the test.

Your RAM at 2666MHz for a Ryzen is lost of performance. Should at least be 3200MHz RAM in that Ryzen system.

What's your PSU brand and model?

That's normal when you open task manager to see the CPU usage go higher but when you run the test your CPU should not be at 40% usage.

What is taking all that CPU usage in the background? Don't open task manager when you do the test. Don't touch anything.

I have a ROG Thor 850W Platinum PSU. I have no idea how to change to 3200 MHz.

I didnt touch anything on the test. There is nothing taking the CPU usage according to the task manager

I really don't know what causes that issue but I'm having similar problems with my rig and I would really like to know how to fix it. I'm so tired of looking for a solution. Please help me. I'm not having this problem in any other game. I can't clearly remember when this problem started but it was not always. It started at a certain point. The problem might be GPU driver. But i don't know how to test it. It doesn't sound logical to use driver of months ago. Please help me to solve this.
