Low Fps no matter the setting's

I always get low fps in destiny 2 and rise of the tomb raider. I didn't have problems before but all of a sudden i have problems. Here are my specs. 2 GTX 1080ti intel i7-6800k cpu @ 3.40GHz 16GB Ram 2560 x 1440, 59Hz monitor and my motherboard is rampage v edition 10.

How are your temps?
Perhaps a recent driver download is causing conflicts? Try rolling back to an earlier one.

I would agree. Try installing the latest graphics card driver. Or installing a previous version if you have just updated.

If neither the driver updates work try disabling SLI.

(I am also curious why only a 60hz monitor)

I disabled sli and It did work thank you. I did have a gysnc monitor i sold it to buy a new HDR monitor. I have been waiting for the price to come down on those monitors.

Sorry about your troubles. A GTX 1080ti is a very nice setup. I remember having a GTX 1070 SLI setup and while it looks amazing and what games it does support performance is great but unfortunately SLI support is growing thinner and thinner every year.
HDR is also one of those niche types where your relying on the game to support it and very few do.
