Question Low fps on a a good computer only on minecraft.

In minecraft vanilla 1.18.2 my fps is around 60-120 but when i move around it drops to 40 but considering i have rtx 3060 and i5 10400f it shouldnt be that low. In optifine i hover around 200 but when i move/destroy things it drops to 90-110. Also in optifine my GPU core clock is around 2200 and usage around 40-50 but in vanilla core clock is around 500 average and usage 20-30.Render distance in minecraft is 20, simulation 5 ,no shaders. My system works good in other games like valorant 200-250 fps . Vsync off .Dual channel on .
GPU temps while gaming 50-65 idle 30-40 Cpu around the same never goes above 70 celsius.
Tried giving it more ram ,tried reinstalling java and minecraft.

Specs:
Rtx 3060 12GB
i5 10400f
Intel 670p 1TB SSD
Kingston 2x8 3200mhz RAM
Gigabyte p550b
And i also have a 144hz monitor idk if it helps.

And also while i play in task manager it doesnt show Minecraft or minecraft launcher just this

If I were you, I'd have chosen a PSU with at least 650W of power at the entire system's disposal. After what was found by Steve on Gamers Nexus, I wouldn't want to place my trust on any of Gigabyte's budget PSU's. How old is the Gigabyte unit anyway?

You forgot to mention the make and model of the motherboard. Include the BIOS version of said motherboard as well.

Yeah, that's a pretty frightening PSU. This is a far bigger problem than poor Minecraft performance.

Oh right the PSU is old like 4 months and the MOBO is Gigabyte b560m ds3h idk how to check BIOS but it shouldnt be that old i bought this pc 4 months ago
