Question Low fps on a high end gaming pc, please help

Hello guys, i currently have a 4090 oc, amd ryzen 7800x3d and 64gb ddr5 ram and im avraging between 40-60 fps on escape from tarkov. this is not normal at all. Can anyone help me?

have you downloaded all of the correct drivers, overclocked your RAM and what are your temps?
