Low fps on almost all games

Suddenty during the past 2-3 months i've been having problems with very low framerate especially in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

Specs:
MSI GeForce GTX 960
Amd Athlon x4 x880k quad core (4 GHz)
8 GB ram (HyperX Fury DDR3)
Asus A68HM-PLUS socket-fm2+
CoolerMaster 500W or so
2x Samsung Evo 850 256gb SSD

After doing a couple of tests ive found out that my CPU is running on 95-97% when im in a game. With no game turned on i'm having up to 20% of CPU usage.

Any idea why my CPU is so f*cked?

Open to any suggestions

amd cpu's based on the fm2 and fm2+ have low single core performance and that is most likely why you're getting low fps
