Low fps on Battlefield 4

Hey Guys!

I am just wondering what is wrong with my computer, because getting low fps on Battlefield 4
with medium high or ultra.

My Spec are
AMD Fx 8120 8 core OC to 4.1 GHz
Matrix platinum 7970 (ROG)
16Gb Kingston 1600MHz Ram
Asus Crosshair V Formula - Z
Kingston SSD V300 120GB
Corsair AX 1200 PSU

What are the GPU and CPU temps? And how long are you using your CPU OC to 4.1GHz?

Do you gain any FPS when you drop down to low settings?

Cpu is always overclocked 4.1 GHz

CPU temp 57 C
GPU temp 70 C

Not big difference with ultra and low... something like 15-20 fps
