I built a PC maybe 2 months ago, specs are as follows: GTX 1070, i7 8700k, 16GB Ram, using the Kraken x62 for cooling, and 650W PSU. As far as putting together, she runs fine. But I am still getting lower than expected FPS. I'm not sure if this is just normal for these specs, or if it's because of an issue.
My question being, is about 60FPS normal for a PC with these specs?
If not, what am I missing? Is there something I should be checking?
