low fps on every game with nvidia GeForce gtx 1050 2gb (need help)

After windows 8 blue screen crash all of my games have been running on low fps
like on csgo i used to have 100 - 200 fps
now its 50 - 60 same with minecraft it used to be solid 60 now its 20 - 30 fps. plz if someone could help me
i have vsync off in every one of them

I think your drivers must have corrupted. Try re installing them.
