Low Fps on every game

I have always 20 fps per game. I dont know how i fix this.

I7 6700k
Amd RX 470
8 GB ram

Make sure all drivers are up to date, check temps make sure you're not overheating, make sure your monitor is plugged into gpu and not the motherboard

Do you have a good enough PSU to push those components? Thermals? Resolution/Settings? Is your GPU overclocked?
