Low FPS On Games

In League of Legends for example my friend has an i5-2400 with a GT 710 and 4GBs of RAM. I have an A6-7310 with a GT 720 with 6GBs of RAM. He plays at 1080p High Settings with 80-90 FPS and I play on 768p Very Low Settings with 30 FPS. (I have a desktop) Why ?

Okay so, it's double the power ? But he has a 710 which LOL is GPU intensive... If I do a format will this be fixed ?

The performance difference between the GPU's is minimal and the vram doesn't effect your gameplay. You can format but TBH it's not going to help much, just make sure your GPU driver is up to date.

As for the CPU difference, it's massive and would produce a much higher FPS over your APU.

As far as I know LOL is more CPU bound than GPU hence his much higher performance.

Well if your system has viruses you may want to clean those up before a reinstall, but tbh I don't think this is going to help much, if any.

its defanetly the cpu. A i5 2400 is old but still a very good cpu and according to many websites lol is more cpu bound.

AV programs such as AVG or Avast will help with viruses, Malwarebytes for possible malware.

Okay thank. But isn't the Windows Defender enough? And also (please answer to this) because the passwords and emails are saved in the registry or I don't know where, if I format my PC, and put nothing on it (totally clean), will I be safe from hackers stealing my data ?

Windows Defender is enough as long as your not going to sketchy sites or using torrents. As for the second question I'm not sure, doing a clean install should remove your files as well as possible virus/malware but I'm not 100% positive though.
