Question Low fps on gtx 970

Hey guys i actually put my gtx 970 on psu thermaltake litepower 550w, and.i get.low fps , i tried it on gtx 1050.ti oc and.work fine, i got low fps on 970 , is it my power supply?
Spex i7 6700k
8.gb ram stick t force 3200
Windows.10 home
Psu thermaltake litepower 550w

Have you tried the driver from your GPU Manufacture? Maybe Game Video Settings and try Medium?

Im really sorry for the late reply ,btw i opened pc after 2 days , played pubg fps at high 90 fps , pretty good than.suddenly goes 30 40 fps after 15 mins , i tried uninstall driver than.reinstall driver from you link u mentioned , still same issue

Have you tried System Restore from 2 days ago? Who knows it might be windows update.

I actually didnt but before i got a new ssd , first i downloaded a windows 10 home which is iso , after that i tried to play a game and this issue occured , i reinstall.windows but same iso it just format it , but same issue its from windows.microsoft website , should i try again for the 3rd time
