Low fps on high end laptop

Hello everyone, I've downloaded Arma 3 2 days ago and started having some real problems with it.
My Laptops specs:
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080
INTEL CORE i7-7820HK 2.90 ghz
32 gb of ram
Game is installed on SSD disk
Monitor = 120hz 1440p
All the drivers are updated

Ultra settings - around 40 - 30 fps
Low settings - the same
I've tried changing resolution to lowest possible, tried using launch parameters = nothing helped. I've watched around 15 optimizing guides for this game. Nothing helped. Btw my laptop temps are around 70-85 what's ok for this laptop, it's Alienware 17 R4 2017. I've even tried overclocking fans,cpu, and gpu. it's the same within overclocked or not. CPU was going until 4.80 Ghz what's quite a lot.I'm not having any issues like this in other games only in Arma 3. Please help me, will be appreciated.

Lol it's already on fan overclock + cooling pad + air conditioner on 19 degrees even colder? Game in freezer in ski clothes?

Had my laptop in a service for a few days they applied thermal paste and cleaned the vents and still the same temperatures and the same fps amount in Arma 3, I've even reinstalled it and I just don't know what's wrong with this game...
