Question Low FPS on high end machine

I'm getting low fps in many modern and not so modern games on my 2070 super, i7 6700k, 16GB DDR4 system. I know it isnt the most high end system but 120 fps at 720p in csgo isnt normal. Any help I can get is appreciated.

ram/ssd/hdd usage?

Usage normally around 50% temps, around 50-60c, haven’t checked RAM ssd and hdd usage but I’m guessing it won’t impact FPS too much. Don’t know the model of the psu but its quite old And 650 watts
