Rtx 2060 super
Amd ryzen 2700
1*16 gb 2666 mhz
Corsair 650 w psu
I checked the gpu usage and temp during gameplay and theyre fine
I cant get even a constant 144 fps and sometimes in heavy places it goes to 80-90 fps

Biggest issue I can spot is your RAM.

Not only are you running single channel (1 stick) but you are running quite slow RAM. 3200mhz is the minimum recommended with 3600mhz being optimal. Both of these factors will hurt the performance of Ryzen CPUs

If possible return or sell your stick of RAM and buy something like this

Well Ryzen 2700 doesnt support more than 2933 mhz ram

I Went to my bios and i can oc my Ram to 3200 mhz but idk if i should do it

Your mobo supports 2667/ 2800/ 2933/ 3000/ 3066/ 3200 MHz with XMP profiles.

What RAM do you have exactly? If its 2666 chances are you wont get 3200mhz.

Again being single channel is the biggest hit to your performance with the speed second. And while its entirely possible to go out and buy another stick of RAM, there's 0 guarantee it will work with your existing stick, that's why RAM is sold in sets.
