Question Low FPS on League of Legends w/ 2080 Super

Hey,

I have an i7-9700k / Nvidia 2080 Super / 32 GB 3200 RAM / a 3440x1440 main monitor and a 2560x1440 side monitor.

I play League of Legends on fullscreen with every single setting graphically turned down as low as it will go. I am still ONLY getting around 130 FPS. I get that that is still relatively high, but it is impacting my performance, and is noticeably different. It feels like it was only a problem recently. I just did a Clean Install for my GeForce drivers thru GeForce experience and that didn't fix. What could be a cause, and how do I fix?

I can provide any info, just let me know. I just played a game and GPU utilization was about @ 55% all game.

CPU Temps ~ 40*C
CPU Uti (when i checked) ~45%
GPU Temps ~55*C
GPU Uti ~40%

Will try another without 2nd monitor

Update: unplugging 2nd monitor did not change FPS during game (2-3fps?)

What's the CPU usage per core? Check this with MSI Afterburner.

I have a gigabyte motherboard, but have been using CPUID HWMonitor. Can I still download and use MSI afterburner?
